About the company
Sochi is a Russian football club from the city of the same name. Founded on July 4, 2018. Home matches are played at the Fisht Stadium in Sirius. Since July 2019, it has been playing in the Premier League. Winner of the silver medals of the RPL season 2021/22.
Task
Our team faced a challenging and interesting task — to completely redesign the websites of FC Sochi and develop a mobile application. The previous website had an outdated design and a complicated customer journey for purchasing club products. During the Design phase, we developed a Technical Specification and created UI/UX mockups (desktop and mobile).
Main site redesign
The main site is key in terms of information communication, which means it should be convenient and fast to use. We developed adaptive layout and integrated it with the 1C-Bitrix content management system (CMS). For analytics, we connected Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics so that club staff could analyze site traffic. We would like to highlight content analytics separately, which allows viewing analytics of site news, which are the main source of traffic.
Online store redesign
Together with the client, we determined that the sale of club products should be located on one website and have quick access to purchases in the personal account.
The integration of the layout was also done with 1C-Bitrix, but a different edition. Using Google Analytics, we set up cross-domain analytics to analyze the user journey between the main website and the online store.
We would like to separately note the integration of the store with CRM Bitrix24. All sales were transferred to special funnels, and club staff analyzed ticket and merchandise sales. For products that required customer communication (example: internship at the Sochi FC Academy and Football Weekend), special funnels were created and communication tools (WhatsApp) were connected.
Mobile app development
To increase fan loyalty, a cross-platform mobile application was developed. Convenient viewing of match information (statistics and text broadcasts), news, ticket purchasing, push notifications, food delivery to your seat.

RZD Arena
Official website of the infrastructure of the RZD Arena stadium. Rental of infrastructure facilities, information about events, advertising placement at the largest stadium in the capital.
