JAMBIM – a revolutionary dating service that reduces the time from meeting in the app to a real-life encounter several times over!
Authorization
For dating apps, it is important to maintain a balance of information in the user profile. Registration should not be a lengthy process, but the profile information should help users effectively connect with others. For us, this screen became the most crucial in the app. We spent a lot of time on it and are confident that we achieved the right balance between registration speed and profile information completeness.
Geolocation
The main idea of the app is dating in city venues, and this functionality is directly tied to user geolocation. To ensure users can see each other in a venue, we determined an optimal radius of 200 meters. This way, we can be certain users are nearby. Simply visit any location marked on the app map, press the "I’m here" button, and you will see who else is in the same venue or nearby, along with their intentions for dating. Once you move out of the radius, you disappear from visibility.
Live Meetings
One of the main goals of the app is to avoid prolonged chats and enable users to have a real-life meeting just a few minutes after viewing a profile.
Gifts
As part of its partnership initiatives, Jambim provides users the opportunity to give gifts to someone they like. This feature can increase user satisfaction and motivation for dating, as well as encourage more active use of the app.
Functionality for City Venues
The flip side of the app is the functionality for venues located on the map. Venues can not only increase their customer reach by placing information in the app but also offer special conditions for users, such as discounts or loyalty cards, which will help increase customer loyalty and the average check.
Online Users
For users who are not currently within the radius of venues, we added the online users functionality so they can meet others within the same city. The radius for searching users is adjustable in the settings, allowing for connections even within a 1 km range.
